  1. (intransitive) to trudge, to tramp with heavy steps (due to exhaustion or encountered hindrance)
  2. (intransitive, figurative) to struggle, to live from hand to mouth
    едва кретам (idiom)edva kretamto barely make the ends meet
  3. (transitive, dialectal) to lift, to elevate [something] with great effort
