Usage notes
- In Armenia, dolma is made from minced lamb meat or beef mixed with rice and wrapped into grape or cabbage leaves.
- In Turkey, dolma is made from mince, which is served hot, or from rice and onions, which is served cold and wrapped into grape or cabbage, stuffed into peppers, eggplant, mussels, and mackerel.
