    בעקער (beker, baker) + ‎־ײַ (-ay) → ‎בעקערײַ (bekeray, bakery)
  2. Used to create abstract nouns denoting a state, condition, or quality.
    דאָקטער (dokter, doctor) + ‎־ײַ (-ay) → ‎דאָקטערײַ (dokteray, medicine (profession))
