אִשְׁרֵר (ishrér) third-singular masculine past (pi'el construction)

  1. to officially adopt, to ratify (give formal consent to); to give a final validation to something after it has passed through a lower jurisdiction (e.g. a prime minister validating a bill which has passed through parliament).
