      וְתֵיכוּל קֳדָם יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ בְּאַתְרָא דִּי יִתִּרְעֵי לְאַשְׁרָאָה שְׁכִנְתֵּיהּ תַּמָּן מַעְשַׂר עִבוּרָךְ חַמְרָךְ וּמִשְׁחָךְ וּבְכוֹרֵי תוֹרָךְ וְעָנָךְ בְּדִיל דְּתֵילַף לְמִדְחַל קֳדָם יְיָ אֱלָהָךְ כָּל יוֹמַיָּא:
      wəṯēkul qŏdām yəyā ĕlāhāḵ bəʾaṯərā dī yitirəʿē ləʾašərāʾā šəḵinətēh tammān maʿaśar ʿiḇūrāḵ ḥamərāḵ umišəḥāḵ uḇəḵōrē ṯōrāḵ wəʿānāḵ bəḏīl dəṯēlap̄ ləmiḏəḥal qŏḏām yəyā ĕlāhāḵ kāl yōmayyā.
      You shall eat in the presence of Adonoy, your God, in the place He chooses to house His Presence [Shechinah] there—the tithe of your grain, your wine, and your olive oil, and the firstborn of your cattle and flocks; in order that you learn to fear [before] Adonoy, your God, all the years.
