From (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Middle Persian 𐭱𐭲𐭥𐭩𐭥𐭥 (Šahrēwar), “just rule”; name of the third Amahraspand (divine deity) in Zoroastrianism. Compare شهر (šahr, “city”)
