    क़सम खानाqasam khānāto swear, take an oath
    यह है तो सच पर मैं क़सम खाकर नहीं कह सकता।
    yah hai to sac par ma͠i qasam khākar nahī̃ kah saktā.
    Of course it is true, but I cannot swear to it.
