- आतंकवादी जनता की शक्ति पर न तो विश्वास ही करते हैं और न उस पर निर्भर ही रहते हैं; बल्कि उसकी उपेक्षा करते हैं। उन्हें भय और आतंक के सब साधनों को इकट्ठा करने के लिए जिस जिस घृणित हथकंडों को बर्तना व नीची प्रवृत्तियों को अपने तथा समाज में उत्तेजित करना पड़ता है। उनसे व्यक्ति और समाज दोनों ही का पतन होता है।

- mukhtārõ aur munīmõ ke dā̃v-pẽc samajhnā uske lie nāk se cane cabānā thā. use kisī aise samajhdār aur hitaiṣī mitra kī jarūrat thī, jo svārthiyõ ke hathkaṇḍõ se uskī rakṣā kartā rahe.
