From ი- (i-) +‎ მონკა (monǩa) +‎ -ან- (-an-) +‎ -ენ (-en). Inherited from Proto-Georgian-Zan *maḳen- (to get heavy, pregnant).

    ჰანწო უშქურიზ დიდო ჩანს. ვაიმონჭაშა ტოტეფე დიმონკანენ დო გჲოვდეზ ელუჭკოდუნ.
    hanǯo uşkuriz dido çans. vaimonç̌aşa ťoťepe dimonǩanen do gyovdez eluç̌ǩodun.
    Apples are very productive this year. Before they ripen, the branches get heavy and crack off the trunk.
