From (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Old Georgian წაბლი (c̣abli), from (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Proto-Kartvelian *c̣ab- (chestnut). Cognate with Mingrelian ჭუბური (č̣uburi), Laz ჭუბური (ç̌uburi), Svan ჯებრა (ǯebra), ჰებრა (hebra). See also Armenian ճղոպուր (čġopur).
