- Atina, Vizha, and Artasheni form of გელა- (gela-)
- ჯელა- (cela-) + ულუნ (ulun, “S/he goes”) → ჯელულუნ (celulun, “S/he comes down”)
- ჯელა- (cela-) + ბ- (b-, “to hang”) → ჯელაბამს (celabams, “It hangs on a string or pole without touching anything else”)
- ჯელა- (cela-) + ბ- (b-, “to pour”) → ჯელაბამს (celabams, “S/he pours down liquid from to to bottom”)
- ჯელა- (cela-) + ხედ- (xed-, “to sit”) → ჯელახედუნ (celaxedun, “S/he sits on the edge”)
Usage notes
[edit]- It becomes ჯელვ- (celv-) before ა (a).
- It becomes ჯელ- (cel-) in Atina and Okordule dialect and ჯელვ- (celv-) in Vizha and Artasheni dialects before ო (o).
- It becomes ჯელ- (cel-) before ი (i) and უ (u).
- It becomes ჯელე- (cele-) before ვა (va), ბა (ba), ვი (vi), ბი (bi), ვო (vo), ბო (bo), ვუ (vu), ბუ (bu), მა (ma), გა (ga), მი (mi), გი (gi), მო (mo) and გო (go).
