ⲡⲁ- (pa-) +‎ ⲛⲓ- (ni-, plural definite article) +‎ ⲣⲁⲛ (ran, name, noun), i.e. "the one of the names". ⲣⲁⲛ (ran) also has the meaning "honor", "fame", "reputation" so the name may actually mean "the one of many honors".
