Borrowed from Avestan ๐ฌฌ๐ฌŒ๐ฌฑ๐ฌ™๐ฌ๐ฌฏ๐ฌž๐ฌ€ (Viลกtฤspa). Equivalent to *viลกtah (โ€œfree, unbridledโ€) +‎ ๐Ž ๐Žฟ (a-s /โ asaสฐโ /), ๐Ž ๐Žฟ๐Žฑ (a-s-p /โ aspaสฐโ /, โ€œhorseโ€).[1]
