[edit]Inherited from Old Marathi 𑘑𑘻𑘨𑘜𑘹 (ghoraṇe), from Maharastri Prakrit 𑀖𑁄𑀭𑀇 (ghoraï) (compare Sanskrit घुरति (ghurati)). Cognate with Gujarati ઘોરવું (ghorvũ).
