Does anyone have any information about when the actual term England, in that spelling, was first used? |

There is no information about that in either the Etymology or the Citations. citations of the earliest known usage would be useful. |

Etymology Dating - Citations
Does anyone have any information about when the actual term England, in that spelling, was first used? There is no information about that in either the Etymology or the Citations. citations of the earliest known usage would be useful. This seems to be a deficiency, which I hope someone can fix.
