Also fixed the chronological nonsense of claiming that a Latin term attested from the ninth century came from 'Middle Dutch'. Fixed similar nonsense involving the Old High German term also supposedly coming from Dutch (and even being inherited from it). The 'reconstructed' Vulgar Latin term is going to be deleted anyway, because it's attested, but we can keep it here temporarily if you have some inexplicable...
