Etymology[edit]
Originally Botheby (1550), altered to Booth's Ferry by 1651, after a family. The ferry closed down when the bridge opened.

- A village in Asselby parish and Howden parish, East Riding of Yorkshire, England, north of Boothferry Bridge over the Yorkshire Ouse (OS grid ref SE7326).
