Given the sheer number of pages we have, messages on talk pages usually won't be seen. But, Danish transitioned from having multiple cases to having only a genitive marked by -s. Certain fixed phrases involving case forms of nouns remain, with those case forms only surviving in these phrases, having no meaning on their own anymore.__Gamren (talk) 13:06, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
