*ad hīcce > *aice

*cavula > *gavră

*clubium > *kul'bu

*eccum illōc > *aculo or *acolo

*fētiolum > *fecioru

*imbibitō > *ămbetu

*inaltum > *ănlatu

*incaldēscō > *ăncăld̦escu

*indēnsō > *ăndesu

*ingrevicō > *ăngrecu

*iugastrum > *jugastru

*mana > *mănă

I see no benefit to it and it loses etymological information.

Never underestimate the power of Wikipedians to simply make things up.
