@AryamanA The wiki article on this language claims that this language is a descendant of Old Kannada (Halegannada). What do you think? -- माधवपंडित (talk) 06:51, 26 January 2018 (UTC)

@माधवपंडित: Sorry for the late response. I don't think there's enough research done on Toda yet to classify it more accurately than "Tamil-Kannada". None of the literature says anything about descent from Halegannada. —Aryaman^{A (मुझसे बात करें • योगदान)} 14:10, 27 January 2018 (UTC)
