Southeast Asian and Hong Kong dialects

@Justinrleung, RcAlex36, Mar vin kaiser How should we treat this? Clearly both Hokkien/Teochew 拋 and Cantonese 泊 in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia come from the English word "park". I know we generally use the same characters for words that are clearly etymologically related, but given that the pronunciations of characters in Cantonese are usually quite different from Hokkien and Teochew, this is going to be tricky.
