- Well, some sources indicate that the past is *brah (> ON brá); I wondered if this verb might not be like *fregnanan in that it has an anomolous present tense, in this case with a -d- infix. Leasnam (talk) 19:59, 21 March 2013 (UTC)
- There wasn't actually any such a suffix in Indo-European though. The Old Norse form is definitely strange, I don't know where it could have come from. —CodeCat 20:14, 21 March 2013 (UTC)
