Why Proto-Balto-Slavic word is *mejHrós if Derksen gives *meiʔrós? —Игорь Телкачь 12:26, 16 December 2014 (UTC)
- They're the same word, just different ways of representing the sounds. Another transcription, one used in many of our entries, is *meiˀros. I'm not sure about the accent though, Balto-Slavic accent is kind of weird. —CodeCat 16:28, 16 December 2014 (UTC)
