Rhymes talk:Portuguese
Duplication of information
[edit]I've heavily edited the rhymes in Portuguese in the past year. A main contribution that I would like to list is the differentiation between Rhymes:Portuguese/al- and Rhymes:Portuguese/aw-, which, despite being homophones in Brazilian Portuguese, they aren't in European Portuguese. However, I might have created some rhyme pages due to dialectal differences that solely show the very same terms. I was rethinking that approach and now I favor redirecting many of the pages unless a given dialect is shown to have a minimal pair that distinguish the two rhymes (e.g.: mau, mal in EP). All the possible pronunciations should, however, still be listed in the Template:rhymes. I will try to follow this approach from now on. - Sarilho1 (talk) 14:37, 6 July 2022 (UTC)
