Etymology
From Medieval Latin sānicula, first attested in Hildegard of Bingen, probably originally meaning Lua error in Module:parameters at line 828: Parameter "noshow" is not used by this template., derived from sānāre (“to heal”), also sānāria, however also debauched in use for various unrelated plants and also a synonym of dispēnsāria shed by Linné as Diapensaria.
