"Old Church Slavonic Єлга (Elga)" - does not exist in the Old Church Slavonic! However, the river Olka - in Slovakia, as well as the river Olga in Lithuania. Hydronyms - is the most ancient names... The names of the Elga and Helga - not have been identified in eastern Europe. The relationship between the names of Olga and Helga - fictional, because Helga at the heart of the Holy, but Olga - this is pagan basis of "the gift / reward" (a pagan basis: the reward of gods for the parents ) - a word of Lithuanian feminine "Alga" and masculine "Alg" (Ольгъ - Old Church Slavonic).
