@Benwing2 I don't think the conjunction "а" is reduced. Most likely it's not. The words that ARE reduced also include ли, же, in case they are included already. They are pronounced together with the previous word.--Anatoli T. ^{(обсудить}/^вклад) 00:17, 8 December 2015 (UTC)

@Atitarev Are you sure? Formerly this had {{ru-IPA|ата́кжи}} all as one word, which definitely suggests reduced а. There are various other words with conjunction а, e.g. а сейчас, а то, а не то, etc. and phrases like волк каждый год линяет, а всё сер бывает, в гостях хорошо, а дома лучше, не по словам судят, а по делам, нет бога, кроме аллаха, а Магомет — пророк его, про серого речь, а серый навстречь, etc. ли and же are definitely already in the list of reduced post-particles (which also includes либо, нибудь, бы, б, ж, ка, тка as well as -то only after a hyphen). Sorry for not being clear. In а капелла "а" is not a Russian conjunction but part of the word (one unit), despite the meaning of "a" in the source language. So, the rule is different here and "а" is reduced (IMO), pronounced {{ru-IPA|а‿капэ́лла|gem=opt}}. --Anatoli T. ^{(обсудить}/^вклад) 04:17, 8 December 2015 (UTC)
