I'm not sure how to mention or type or where to write (or even where here to write?) this but многая літа /mnohaya lita/, literally mean "Many Years" ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mnohaya_lita ) while the word for year in Ukrainian is рік ( https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/рік )... @Николов Yes, it's a direct borrowing from Old Church Slavonic, not following the Ukrainian grammar. See the Russian cognate of the same origin мно́гая ле́та (mnógaja léta). --Anatoli T. (обсудить/вклад) 08:19, 4 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
