Russian derivations from Arabic roots

@Fenakhay: Hi. Adding {{root|ru|ar|ج ل س}} to Russian etymology sections is probably an overkill, since Russian only borrows whole words from Arabic. You will hardly see similar situations as with Persian, Pashto, Ottoman Turkish, etc ("Arabo-Xenic" languages).
