Seems to be; see e.g. [1]. However, as defined on that page it refers not to lazy trolling but to direct, in-your-face trolling, the sort that is nothing but insults and gross violations of a site's rules, whereas the opposite "тонкий троллинг" seems to refer to more subtle trolling.
