Non-standard form of Kazakh Arabic letter

ءو cannot be considered as a single letter. It is a common non-standard form of the ligature ٶ which is much more difficult to be typed into the computer. Besides, the letter ء (U+0621) is not used in Kazakh. Vtgnoq7238rmqco (talk) 13:45, 6 October 2022 (UTC)
