Etmology

Native Kartvelian terms are not my specialty. I found only Kelauradze's connection with dialectal Georgian ბორჯღი (borǯɣi, “a large iron broom for plowing and loosening soil”), ბოჯღატაჲ (boǯɣaṭay, “multi-branched tree”), ბოჯღოტი (boǯɣoṭi, “the part of the tree where the big branches are thrown out”).
