Philippine Hokkien: A or Ah?

@Justinrleung In reality, I've only heard this word used in Mandarin, since people speaking Hokkien often code-switch to English for proper nouns, especially this one. But if I were to give this entry a PH Hokkien pronunciation, I would follow the standard pronunciations of each character in Hokkien, which I think would be "à-tián-iāu".
