Alternate Japanese pronunciation?[edit]

Yes. In Japanese language, when two or more words make a combined word, the first consonant of the second (or latter) word may become voiced or semi-voiced (i.e. k->g, s->z, t->d, h->b and h->p). But, this kind of chaged sounds are not usually listed in dictionaries, as it is much redundant. --61.196.68.92 16:15, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
