Traditional Chinese[edit]

@Fish bowl, theknightwho Should 罎 and 壜 be regarded as traditional forms? Xiandai Hanyu Cidian marks 罎 as the traditional form, and 壜 and 罈 with one star (i.e. they are《通用规范汉字表》里附列的异体字), while 罈 is the standard form in Taiwan. RcAlex36 (talk) 02:50, 15 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@RcAlex36 I added them based on the variants listed in 《通用规范汉字表》, taking into account the fact that we already treat 罈 as the primary entry. I certainly think 罎 should be listed as a traditional form due to it having official recognition as such, but admittedly 壜 is less clear-cut. Theknightwho (talk) 03:03, 15 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Justinrleung any thoughts? RcAlex36 (talk) 17:17, 18 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@RcAlex36, Theknightwho: I'd say probably 罈 and 罎 should be traditional forms, but not 壜, using the same reasons as Theknightwho. — justin(r)leung (t...) | c=› } 17:35, 18 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
