Etymology[edit]
@Tooironic Hi, do you still have the book 语言常识全知道 with you, which you cited in the etymology section? The early attestation of 胡說 I can find dates to the Southern Song dynasty, not the Eastern Jin dynasty as the etymology section claims. RcAlex36 (talk) 14:55, 27 March 2024 (UTC)
- Yes, I do, but it doesn't go into much detail beyond what I wrote in the Etymology section. Feel free to add other sources. There is probably isn't a consensus on the exact period — that's why I wrote "at least". ---> Tooironic (talk) 23:39, 30 March 2024 (UTC)
