@Mnemosientje, Should I add the Gothic verb as πŒΈπ‚πŒΉπƒπŒΊπŒ°πŒ½ (ΓΎriskan) or *πŒΈπ‚πŒΉπƒπŒΊπŒ°πŒ½ (*ΓΎriskan)? The Verb isn’t attested but its Present participle form is, furthermore three Romance verbs Portuguese triscar, Spanish triscar and Galician triscar claim πŒΈπ‚πŒΉπƒπŒΊπŒ°πŒ½ (ΓΎriskan) as their etymology. πŒ·πŒ»πŒΏπŒ³πŒ°π…πŒΉπŒ²πƒ πŒ°πŒ»πŒ°π‚πŒ΄πŒΉπŒΊπŒΉπŒ²πŒ²πƒ (talk) 02:27, 12 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Holowdig21 Hey, sorry for the delay (vacation) -- if a form of one of its participles is attested, the base verb is generally (there are exceptions: πŒ±πŒ»π‰πŒΈπŒ°π‚πŒΉπŒ½πŒ½πŒ°πŒ½πŒ³πƒ (blōþarinnands) probably didn't have a matching verb *πŒ±πŒ»π‰πŒΈπŒ°π‚πŒΉπŒ½πŒ½πŒ°πŒ½ (*blōþarinnan) so no entry for the latter was created) considered to be well enough attested to merit an entry without consigning it to the Reconstruction namespace. So you can add it without the asterisk. 10:36, 19 August 2019 (UTC)
