Initialism of "American Academy of Family Practice". The reference given lists AAFP (without periods) as an abbreviation of "American Academy of Family Physicians". I can't seem to find any citations for the spelling with periods. —Mr. Granger (talkcontribs) 04:04, 25 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
