Olomutz / Olmutz possible origin

Olomuc was the capital of Great Moravia. After he fall of Great Moravia to the invading Hungarians, couldn't happen other way than Hungarians captured the capital of Olomuc. If I say for a country that it is occupied and ruled over, it definitely includes it's capital city that needs to be captured to be allowed to say Great Moravia has fallen.
