Why not make a Dutch entry then? I don't deal in Dutch, I have no statistics, and it's a funny confusing language - no offense meant:-)--Makaokalani 15:56, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

Haha none taken. Well I suppose I didn't make the entry because it might be a borrowed name. It is supposed to have entered the Dutch language in the 17th century. Should we make entries for every borrowed name? Its entry in the Dutch language is relatively late as opposed to the German usage (12th century). Almost all Western (Christian ) names are borrowed from some other language. That's not the point, but maybe rarity is. The bible has been translated into every possible language on earth, and Salome is exactly Salome in a thousand languages. So should we make a thousand identical entries on Salome? I try not to think about it and only make entries for common names ( say, 0.5 per cent of the gender group ). But some day we must make up a translingual system or something.--Makaokalani 14:12, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
