Latin. Dicts have something like the following from L&S:

.. Tĕgĕaeŭs, a, um, adj., of or belonging to Tegea, Tegean; poet. for Arcadian: gens, Verg. A. 5, 299: Pan, Prop. 3, 3 (4, 2), 30; Verg. G. 1, 18: virgo, i. e. Callisto, a daughter of Lycaon, king of Arcadia ...

i.e. it's an adjective and in Propertius used together with Pan, TLL:

...
