  • It looks like Arenga pinnata is the currently accepted name. There have been a lot of synonyms. I'm not at all sure it is worth having any one of them in the definition line, especially for a vernacular name. Where did you come across Saguerus saccharifer?     Thanks for bringing it up. I like to improve entries for taxa that are not too obscure. The entry was taken from Webster 1913, which means S. saccarifer has some currency on the Web. So there's reason to keep it on the definition line. DCDuring TALK 05:17, 19 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
