Typical laws use intent to commit a crime therein, it doesn't have to be theft. Typical usage by non-legal types is probably more along the lines of someone who breaks into a building to steal stuff. Maybe a usage note is in order? --Versageek 22:50, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
