According to Từ điển Hán Nôm, the Hán tử / Nôm character combinations of đề cương (題綱 & 提綱) in Derived terms do not exist and the etymology for the main entry đề cương is missing/unknown. Should these two terms be merged without Hán tử / Nôm characters?

Well you can't expect a source to have everything, and I think that site is one of the "use with caution" sites. PhanAnh123 (talk) 04:11, 6 June 2022 (UTC)
