I think this is not idiomatic. Move to cat and mouse (keep redirect?), which as an ellipsis is idiomatic. That should handle most searches. Forms with "play" and "game" (including "game of cat and mouse") are all SoP, non-idiomatic. DCDuring TALK 16:57, 12 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

FWIW, bgc shows "cat and mouse" without "game" to occur ~2100 times; "cat and mouse game" 1142 times; and "game of cat and mouse" 875 times. DCDuring TALK 00:37, 5 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
