I can't nail down a date or author for the quote attributed to Bronte. Which edition of Gaiskell's biography? Was it from a leter to or from Nussey? It seems to be second or third hand. Anyway, I have other cites. It is cited to my satisfaction. DCDuring TALK 04:34, 2 March 2011 (UTC)
