Possible etymology

Is it possible that the term is from German (East Germany, especially Saxony) Dunsel (“a foolish person, a simpleton”), from dunseln (“to sleep (for a short time)”)?[1][2] — SMUconlaw (talk) 15:20, 16 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
