[edit]I'm not sure if this has an adjective sense or is just a past verb used as an adjective.
"She was gowned in satin." I can't decide if gowned in this sample sentence is a passive verb or a predicate adjective.
I'm leaving out the adjective sense for now since most past verbs can be used as adjectives. RJFJR 19:02, 30 August 2008 (UTC)
