what is the diffrens between illness &desease?

Sense: A person's perception of having poor health.

Any word applicable to unobservable (in some context) states of a person (or indeed any system) raises the possibility of a distinction between an observable and a "real" sense. This word is just marginally more likely to have the distinction be salient. See malingering and psychosomatic. But OneLook references don't support the distinction. And "illness" is not merely a scientific rather than a term defined in each (sub)culture. DCDuring TALK 17:27, 29 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Delete, yes, all words are in someone's opinion. I might think that Wiktionary very poor but that doesn't mean we need to add "in the speaker's opinion" to the definitions are "poor". Mglovesfun (talk) 17:56, 29 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
