There are some serious problems with this page, and on flammable.

Non-flammable is listed as a word there, and nonflammable isn't, but its nonflammable that is currently a word. And with inflammable listed as a synonym to flammable on its page and as an antonym on flammable's page...

The connotation of inflammable as either flammable or non(-?)flammable needs to be made more clear too i think.

Admonition on inflammable[edit]

Are we really not to use inflammable in the US because some segment of the population may be illiterate enough not to, say, smoke near a gasoline tank?

  • This isn't the only reason it's used, in effect it's just an "incorrect" regional variant like liquorice. - 18:39, 7 December 2011 (UTC)
